Chris Hitchcock

CO-FOUNDER | REAL ESTATE, INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT

Chris brings the real estate, investment, market-positioning, and development perspective behind HT Elevations. As an Austin REALTOR®, investor, property operator, and developer, he works across acquisition, financial analysis, design strategy, market positioning, and the eventual sale of each residence. His role connects the development process with the market it ultimately serves, helping ensure that each project is approached not only as a home to be built, but as an asset whose location, design, execution, and positioning work together to create lasting value.

Will Thomas

CO-FOUNDER | BUILDER & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

Will brings a background in sales, relationship building, and residential construction to HT Elevations, supported by a partnership with Chris that began more than two decades before the company was created. Chris and Will met in high school in San Antonio and have remained close friends for more than 22 years. After building his career in sales, Will transitioned into residential construction alongside his brother-in-law, James of JDavis Construction, before relocating to Austin nearly two years ago. In mid-2025, Will and Chris combined their individual strengths and shared vision to establish HT Elevations. As a builder and development partner, Will works across construction, project coordination, site execution, and the continued growth of the development pipeline, helping move the company from vision into built reality.

James Davis

PRINCIPAL BUILDER & CONSTRUCTION PARTNER | JDAVIS CONSTRUCTION

A civil engineer and graduate of Texas A&M University, James brings both technical expertise and field execution to the HT Elevations development platform. Through JDavis Construction, he helps guide projects from planning and coordination through construction, craftsmanship, and final delivery, with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and disciplined execution. As HT Elevations’ principal building partner, James works alongside the development team to translate design and vision into completed residences, helping ensure that decisions made during acquisition and planning can be executed effectively in the field and delivered to the standard behind the HT Elevations name.
