Christopher Hitchcock is a REALTOR®, developer, and investor in Austin. He is a practitioner in every discipline he sells, building, buying, managing, and selling real estate of his own. He closed more than 100 transactions in his first sixteen months in the business and co-founded HT Elevations, which develops across the Austin metro with twelve homes currently in development and a trajectory toward twenty to twenty-five homes a year.

Born in Peru and raised across six continents before the age of thirteen, he works with clients in English and Spanish. He is a Certified Listing Specialist and a member of the Urban Land Institute, and holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. He invests across real estate, equities, precious metals, and digital assets, and brings an investor's perspective to financial strategy, acquisitions, and long-term property performance.
